Mo bill to urge repeal of the ACA....

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we, the members of the Missouri
House of Representatives, Ninety-eighth General Assembly, hereby insist that each member of
the Missouri Congressional delegation endeavor with "manly firmness" and resolve to totally and

It's probably one of those fossilized expressions that we sometimes see in legal documents (like "Acts of God&quot which really mean nothing today but might have had some currency in even popular discourse at some time in the past.

Either that, or they're doing the bidding of the Viagra® manufacturers and the like.
