Net neutrality fight not over

STATE OF PLAY:

We haven't won yet. It would be horrible if we fought this long and hard only to lose at the end because of Big Cable and Congressional cronyism.
The fake net neutrality bill drafted by Sen. Thune and Rep. Upton is losing traction because of all of your calls and emails. If we keep this up, no one will want to be associated with it--or others like it.
Republicans are scrambling to reverse our work by any means necessary--including threatening frivolous investigations into the White House and FCC which would waste taxpayer time and money.
30 members of the Congressional Progressive Caucus signed a letter calling on the FCC to proceed with net neutrality and urging the agency to expand broadband to under-served places.

We are operating on all fronts--offense and defense, at the FCC and Congress--and we couldn't have built this without you. Please continue to take action in these final, crucial days so we can defeat Big Cable.

Please, take a moment to call congress and urge them to "Let the FCC do its job" and create real net neutrality.

Can't call? Sign and send a petition to your member of Congress: Don't kill Net Neutrality.

Keep fighting,
