Here is a small list, equal rights, wars, equal pay, higher minimum wages, health care, NSA, climate change, the economy, Supreme court appointments, or any other issue you can think of.
I will start by asking one simple question. Which issue do you see before us that a republican in the WH will do a better job of fixing than "ANY" democrat that would win the nomination in 2016?
Since some here seem to think it doesn't make any difference because both parties are the same, so if they don't get "their" favorite as the nominee, then why vote, it should be easy for those people to answer this question.
I myself hate to think of what could happen to this country if a republican were to win the WH, and have even one branch of the congress under the control of republicans. Every thing that has been accomplished since president Obama took office would also be on the chopping block if republicans gained control in D.C. including the ACA, SS, medicare, and other programs that help those in need.

Rs are toxic and regressive in the most extreme. They cannot be trusted to impose budgets or legislate in the best interest of the country as a whole. They are bought and paid for.
You cannot say that for the majority of Ds. Even when some Ds voted against the D platform... most of the time their vote would not have mattered to the outcome anyway. I don't expect them to vote in lockstep no matter how hard I wish they would. But that would make them Rs.
The R party with is suffering from mass corruption and insanity. No R is qualified to be President.

(10,005 posts)state will have to chance every license, insurance, and voting laws.
Can you image the millions floating around in state capitals back rooms. This could be seen as a whole new industry, become a driverless car lobbyist.
That would certainly piss off republicans, those who like their "voting" laws just the way they designed them, to keep "some" voters from voting that is.
