Boilermakers offer free welding training to those who turn in guns(Pittsburgh)

People who turn in guns will receive tokens that allow them to receive training through a welding program run by the Boilermakers Local 154. The training will be free, and the union will waive the high school diploma or GED requirements for people enrolling through the Guns for Opportunity program. The program also offers drug or alcohol addiction treatment.
