It takes FOUR SCOTUS Justices to grant certiorari in a case.

Just a few points about the Obamacare lawsuit.

1) It takes four Supreme Court Justices to grant certiorari in any case.

2) The SCOTUS never publishes the vote, only if certiorari is granted or not.

4) It is possible that only four of the five conservatives granted certiorari in in King v. Burwell.

5) The fact that cert is granted is never an indication of how the final ruling will sort out.

to strike down the ACA. Yet another reason that voting matters. Even if the candidate is not perfect.
