Prime minister promises to lead coalition against Iran deal; Kerry, Zarif meet for surprise talks

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declares he will try to defeat an expected US-Iran nuclear agreement, even as top American envoy John Kerry and Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif hold another meeting in Munich. Zarif sounded hopeful about progress in the talks, but said negotiations shouldn’t extend beyond the March deadline.
