I've been a customer for years on end and I'm getting sick of their attitude and considering alternatives. It's just insulting the way they treat good customers.

and are encouraged to go for the hard sell/upsell, while working for a company that provides legendarily shitty customer service and terrible service (which they can do because in a lot of places they constitute a near-monopoly if you want fast internet).

Important changes are tracked by our systems, and IT can see who did what and when. I could expect to have my happy ass escorted out of here if I tried something like that.
