Bit of a catch f/ Verizon customers' reduced charge on data plans

Verizon cuts rates for data plans. But not automatic for existing customers

Verizon Wireless announces that it'll be charging customers less for their data plans -- but if you're an existing customer, you'll have to opt-in to either get more data for no extra cost, or save $10 a month.
