Would Jordan conduct air strikes during Friday prayers?

The whole ISIS claim seems a cobbled together PR ploy and I wondered - would Jordan conduct air strikes in the first place during Friday prayers?

I'm not real familiar with Islam, so unsure if there are any standards or tenets around Friday prayers.

I can't place the accent, either, but it doesn't really look like NM, not even the flat parts in the southern part of the state. Some of the vegetation doesn't grow here, and what does is not represented, no cholla or chamisa in sight and no tumbleweeds.
