Nearly five feet of snow in the last week...and FOUR MORE DAYS in store.

This is freakin' madness! Stay warm, my New England friends. -10 degrees tonight. Then a four day onslaught. Our plow guy will probably cancel...no place left to put the snow. We'll have to bring in the Bobcat. I generally love winter, but this is getting insane.

Oh, on top of that...we had a cat outside on Saturday, it wasn't even snowing yet. He didn't come home for dinner. We've got another few feet since then. No sign of the cat. Hope he's at his other owner's house cuddled by the fire. But I'm kind of losing hope that we'll see him again.

5. So far we've had a great, mild winter, lots of rain, no snow, few freezes. Hope it holds.

Last year was the opposite and I hated it very very much.
