hahaha!!! They are suing over comments that they used cocaine.

I am no fan of the Lohans, but I love that they are doing this!!

1. Faux will do what they have done before ...

They will say they are not a news outlet. They will say they only deal in entertainment and gossip.
So if there's a "rumor" of someone using coke they just pass on what they "heard". Of course it's
all fabricated bullshit, but the burden is on the plaintiff to prove to the contrary. It has happened
before and it will happen again. That's what Faux does.

The comment came 18 months after Lohan's father released a secretly recorded tape in October 2012 of his sobbing daughter describing how her mother seems out of control and on drugs, specifically cocaine.

At least their lawyers will make some good money until the case is lost.

4. If they have any smarts they'll opt for a trial by judge and forego

a jury. It's an option often used if a trial is about a highly technical item either in the law or the subject of the suit and when a jury is likely to be prejudiced.

3. I did not know that either of them used cocaine until I saw a clip of Hannity saying they did and he

made it sound like it was factual.

I will be happy to testify in open court that I think the Lohans do cocaine together now because I saw the clip.

I now tell people that the Lohans are coke heads all because I heard it come from the mouth of a 'journalist'.

I also stopped watching all her movies because I thought she was a coke head too.

I am sure I am not the only one who now thinks that the Lohans do coke together.
