Robert Reich takes on the Trans-Pacific Partnership

From MoveOn:

TPP = NAFTA on steroids

By Jo Comerford. Wednesday, January 28 2015

Republicans in Congress want to work with the Obama administration to fast-track the passage of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).

The TPP is the largest—and worst—trade deal you’ve never heard of, having been devised in secret by representatives of some of the world’s largest corporations.

It’s so big and has the potential to do so much damage, it’s been likened to “NAFTA on steroids.”

Will you help spread the word about fast track and the TPP by watching and SHARING the video right now?

It seems almost unbelievable that an agreement which contains such a provision, as well as radical expansion of patents and copyrights, which would have profound negative impact on generic drug availability and price, and on the survival of the internet, would be pushed as a "trade deal" which should have no input or amendment from elected representatives.

Thanks Faryn. (Nice name)

Call your senators and representative to let them know you're opposed to fast track.
Help stop it.
