3. There are massive protests planned

Which is why they moved the G8 summit to Camp David, initially it was supposed to be hosted in Chicago around the same time. Evacuation though? That sounds a little bit farfetched, unless the organizers know something the rest of us here in Chicago don't know.

It may also be part of a scare tactic to discourage folks from attending the rallies. It will not work!

5. I'm thinking that if they seriously expected to

evacuate any of Chicago, they would not hold it at all. I think it is part planning for all possibilities with a huge scoop of hopeful scare tactics.

And it will not be effective on either account.
