4. I have come to a couple conclusions about this...

one possibility is that he is actually suffering from dementia but nobody dares to either tell him or keep him confined to his mansions.

Another is that he really thinks that he can win so the LDs can take over the world as their prophesies tell them will happen and he's going to be the king of the world. (...and does anyone have handy that clip of his contemptible radio interview that he walked out of after claiming that in order for the LDS apocalypse all the Jews have to be killed off?)

Another point to be made here, the kochtopus doesn't want him running so they will dump all kinds of $$ into making sure he doesn't get very far this time. They didn't invite him to the beauty pageant last weekend... they could either buy him out or match whatever funds he can muster and then some... they're probably something like fifty times wealthier than the mittens.
