Depend on the women wait staff to "manage"?

The dude is LOUD/obnoxious, pushes boundaries/ power-struggles.

I'm near-70. How anybody whatever age deal with bully-boys (in their 40s)?!1

No way to lose face calling the owner, calling the Police, depending on the female employees. And the jerk starts each session by approaching with a handshake.

Answer: "No respect, no handshake." Nothing.
