I just finished doing my taxes and I googled the 2015 refund schedule for e-filing to see when I can expect my refund and I ran across this article
2014 Federal Tax Refunds To Be Delayed Until October 2015
So of course I clicked on the link to see where it took me and I landed on a website called NATIONAL REPORT
So for the hell of it I decided to read the article for a good laugh but what scared the hell out of me was the comments that followed the the article! I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
See for yourself. http://nationalreport.net/2014-federal-tax-refunds-delayed-october-2015/

Thats how they get away with taxing everyone. However, if they want to hold money that is ours even longer, then I think that we should be entitled to the interest from our money as well. If an employer holds back money you were supposed to be paid, they can be required to pay you the full amount owed plus interest. Granted, were not employees of the government or the IRS. But we should get any benefits that come from our money starting from the day we file our return."
