Prager, for people that don't know, is a right-wing radio guy.
He had a topic yesterday that I found pretty fascinating. He apparently is very disturbed by the fact that many people view Republicans negatively. He feels that it is a great injustice that his people have such a bad reputation, mostly the fault of course of the mainstream media.
Well yesterday Dennis proposed a solution. He floated the idea of an organized campaign for Republicans to inform their household help, as well as cab drivers, that they are Republicans. He said he believed very strongly that most household help would be surprised to learn that their beloved masters are in fact among the despised Republicans, and when they learn this, it will help repair the bad reputation that the party currently has.
He made a special point about Latino help. I couldn't figure out why he singled them out but I've noticed in the past that he has strange ideas about Latinos.

(11,804 posts)Acknowledge that we are in a non-violent civil war.
I write the words "civil war" with an ache in my heart. But we are in one.
Thank God this civil war is non-violent. But the fact is that the left and the rest of the country share almost no values. The American value system and the leftist value system are irreconcilable. If the left wins, America's values lose. If American values prevail, the left loses.
That was from an article he wrote back in March 2010. While he's kind of small potatoes he's consistently argued that Liberals just aren't American, and that argument makes me nuts.

(12,799 posts)In my experience, Republicans often aren't as nice as they think they are.
Enrique
(27,461 posts)he actually said, do this if your help likes you.
But like you say, many of them might be clueless about that.
