House and Senate Dems should BOYCOTT Netanyahu's Boehner-orchestrated Congressional address

There is no excuse for a House speaker inviting a foreign head of government to address a joint session of Congress against the will of the president.

There is no legitimate reason for Benjamin Netanyahu to BE addressing the U.S. Congress at all. He is only speaking there to boost his chances of surviving a tough re-election campaign(a campaign his anti-peace, pro-West Bank annexation coalition seems increasingly likely to lose)
and to sabotage the Obama administration's so-far successful campaign to negotiate limits on the Iranian nuclear program(a process the new, more moderate Iranian government appears to be cooperating with in good faith).

If Democratic senators and congressmembers attend Netanyahu's speech to the joint session, they will be participating in the delegitamization of a Democratic president and they will be, effectively, intervening in the Israeli election campaign by effectively endorsing the re-election of the Likud coalition.

They will not be defending Israel(assisting in the re-election of Netanyahu doesn't do anything to make Israelis any safer or more secure, and they will be making it harder for the administration to achieve its own foreign policy objectives.

I would love to see her reaction to Bibi addressing Congress, she would probably have to be drug out of the room by the Capitol Police.

Maybe he'll bring his chart along.

We must be in the double dangerous super red zone for an Iranian bomb by now.

Boycott this trash. The only thing Netanyahu should be doing now is defending himself against charges of genocide in Gaza.

When these joint sessions happen, other than very high profile speakers, the room is rarely full. They open the floor seating up to staff (and even the House Pages) to fill the seats.

For Treason

Send them to Gitmo

No lawyers, no visitors, nothing but bread and water, forever.

The "New Obama" just might do it.....

We can only hope.

Then the Republicans can elect Ted Nugent as temporary SOTH. Let him
go up there and sing songs about banging 13 year olds!
