But we have pretty good reason, even beyond the autobiographical details, to believe that the choice of 13 in "Jailbait" is not entirely comedic exaggeration. For example, Courtney Love claims to have performed oral sex on Nugent when she was 12 and a half. When pressed, an uncharacteristically somber Love elaborated, "I didn't have breasts yet... it's sick." This would have been around the time of Nugent's 29th birthday.

And the "good" christians are either too scared of the bad ones or enjoying similar activities by either watching online or helping to fund traffickers.
Weren't there a considerable number of clergy and church (christian) dignitaries who were busted for child porn on their computers and elsewhere in their possession found in a couple of not too long ago porn raids?
It is only wholesome if it agrees with you, and your personal superiority as a white straight Christian male in the world. 
The 13 year old in the mix was white, and merely submitting to her "god" and "father" in his will. 
This is exactly how the religious right conducts business, and what they believe. I wish it wasn't the case, but I think everyone that is female has always known this from the get go, and *many* men also know how screwed up this thinking is, because they became a victim of it, too. "I own you" is too often a prevailing belief among men and their families.
I'll leave it at that.
