Teenager loses virginity to her estranged DAD and now plans to marry him

http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/teenager-loses-virginity-estranged-dad-4995071#rlabs=1

-snip-
A teenager has told how she became engaged to her FATHER after the two were reunited following more than a decade apart.

The American woman was estranged from her dad growing up, but the two got back in touch when she was 17.

After chatting online for a few weeks the two met - and felt an instant attraction.
-snip-

When I saw the headline I thought, "please don't let this story be in America."

but the headline was slightly different and I had a moment of thinking, "Oh, she is engaged to someone old enough to be dad/a father-like figure/a step-dad" - most of which scenarios have their own creep factor - and then realized, no, she's been sleeping with her father. No amount of brainbleach is sufficient

click on the link in the text and you'll see she's described as being from the "Great Lakes region". They're moving to NJ where incest among adults is legal.

That this is a common (though not often acted upon) phenomena that there is a strong sexual attraction for reunions of long estrangement amongst opposite sex family members. Mother/Son, Father/Daughter. Creepy.
