Because he's been there, done that, and everybody knows he can debate (as if the purpose of the debates is to determine debating skill and not the candidates view on current issues).

I heard this a RWNJ talk radio so take it with a grain of salt. Same host who was convinced Mitt could win and was advising his listeners to send him money even in the final days of the campaign. BTW what kind of working class idiot sends hard earned money to a guy with a car elevator?

Never mind. I take it back. I know of no reason for me to insult Carrot Top. Mostly because I have no idea what he does. But, still....

but Kornacki had a libertarian on the panel first thing this a.m. and what I noticed is that he started in on Obama's "class warfare" over Obama's new tax plans (released at 8 pm last night). The term sounds like a rusty old car wheezing along...I kept thinking that the guy would get destroyed in a debate with Elizabeth Warren...

These repukes and their "libertarian" friends are showing again and again how out of touch they are...even conservative Ross Douthat wrote an OpEd in today's NYT that essentially told Mitt he is a loser...and then the Douthat types wonder what happened....

not for their campaigns, but for themselves. Why else would they put up with the humiliation thrown at them for their stupidity and asinine comments? Ego is one thing, but NO ONE can have an ego big enough to put up with that crap. Money is a different story. You can't tell me the financial side of these campaigns are watched that closely.

if they'd stayed home and kept their mouths shut. Didn't the Republican party buy a bunch of some of the books to give out as gifts?

Then again, my memory isn't the best. Maybe that was Palin and Gingrich. No one can argue with me about those two being better off by keeping their mouths shut. Double dare ya!

As scary as they are, it is comedic gold in certain ways.
Well, ok, it is scary as hell when you take them seriously, so until I have to take them seriously, I'll just laugh at them.

Democratic speculation gets depressing, at least I could make fun of this.
