I haven't seen any coverage of the Nigerian Massacre on our Corporate Directed 'News' today.
To them, I pose a question.
Why are the lives of the victims killed in Paris more worthy of mention (or obsession) than the lives of the victims killed in Nigeria?

(58,724 posts)Considering the Paris attacks happened in a major city with reporters already on the scene (and the attack itself was against a media outlet) whereas the Nigerian massacre took place in a remote border town where reporters are not present and whose safety would not be protected were they to try.
