This is really great news. Time for those of us who want to protect DU and other progressive outlets for free speech to prepare for a nasty "war" with the 1% and their army of Fox News Zombies.

Dear "Zorra",

Breaking news on the Net Neutrality front: At the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler indicated that he will move to protect Net Neutrality by reclassifying Internet access under Title II of the Communications Act.

This is huge — and exactly what all of us have been asking for. The FCC is set to vote on new rules on Feb. 26. But the devil is always in the details and we'll need to keep the pressure on if we want to win this fight.

Tell Washington policymakers to take the Net Neutrality New Year's Resolution and get this done for good!

If you thought this battle was intense before, get ready. The anti-Net Neutrality crowd — the Internet service providers and their well-funded front groups — are about to turn their lobbying up to 11.

And this won't just be happening at the FCC. Congress — both sides of the aisle — will be under enormous pressure to disrupt the FCC's efforts. That's why everyone — from the FCC commissioners to our senators and representatives — needs to hear from us.
