Surely a decent vet should be able to tell whether a particular dog was in decent shape or not, and be able to tell the difference between a 'sick and neglected' dog and one that isn't.

She told the vet she couldn't afford the treatment for the cancerous tumors and he actually went to her house to euthanize Thor. Yet, the vet said the dog could have lived another 10 years! The animal rescue officer was willing to have the dog treated, but Gisele apparently wanted the dog put down quickly to hide her crimes.

As a dog person and someone who has adopted dogs through rescue shelters, this is seriously infuriating to me that someone who would do that.

It got a lot of coverage in the Pittsburgh media. What a heartless, nasty piece of work she is. The owner (Boehler) even wants the dog's remains. So heart-breaking.
