New CNN videos from 3 angles debunks HuffPo and IBT stories of purported Jesus Christo early on texts that Christo was laying down on ground.

While it isnt clear what went on that possessed the youth to pull on the officer..There's NO doubt that the video shows a stupid move by the youth;

Which forced the officer to react.

Until then, you'd have to believe he pointed a gun-like object at the cops. Then the cop shot him. Then the cop replaced the gun-like object with a real gun right in front of multiple video cameras and witnesses. Why, I don't know.

If you really wanted to question this incident, wait for some evidence to come out that supports your viewpoint. Until then, this video is pretty strong evidence of the officer's and mayor's account.

Many reasons for why the evidence mgt. photos that include the gun and site markers may be a different position. The evidence tech. photos could be hours after the event.
