So, the former NYPD says ...

in "debating" Mayor D's campaign pointing out that "there exists a gulf of community mistrust of police in the Black" ... he cites to "an over all 70% police approval rating."

Uhmm, Mr. Former Commissioner Guy ... who do you think makes up a significant portion of that 30%? More, Uhmmm Mr. & Ms walls for Morning Joe's talking points ... why didn't you ask what the approval rating of the police was in the Black community, during the period in question? Would that have been too closely approaching journalism?
