WASHINGTON — Political dueling over the Keystone XL pipeline continues in the nation’s capital, while the Nebraska Supreme Court has yet to issue a key decision in the legal disputes surrounding the project.

But a majority of Nebraska residents say: Dig, baby, dig.

A World-Herald Poll this week found that 55 percent of Nebraskans support building the pipeline, while 29 percent oppose it and 16 percent are unsure what to think.

The automated telephone poll of 800 registered voters from across Nebraska was conducted by Victory Phones, a national research and public polling firm. The survey was conducted Dec. 16-17 and had a margin of error of 3.5 percentage points.

Sure at first it will be hundreds, but upkeep will take a lot less. I guess the pipeline isn't running through these peoples backyards either. What will they do when their water is contaminated? Or do they even know that can happen? Oh I know, blame Obama.

Oh well. Whatever.

Tyranny of the majority can also mean the will of the majority to pollute the environment.
