GOP lawmaker proposes Obamacare replacement: Rely on Jesus for health care

Last edited Sat Dec 20, 2014, 09:21 AM - Edit history (1)

lorado state representative Gordon Klingenschmitt (R) on Thursday said that Americans should turn to God rather than the government for health care.

The former Navy chaplain was commenting on a Fox News poll that showed 58 percent of respondents wanted to repeal Obamacare, reported Right Wing Watch.

“We ought to look to the Lord for our health care,” Klingenschmitt said during his PIJN News program.

theology lessons involved how God gives help to the needy. In this lesson when God hears your prayer God brings that help through people. That is a doctor if you are sick. Their god does not seem to be able to find people willing to help others.

Fundies also limit the help to that given by the private sector and not by the government. Their god is so small.

So needless to say it's a frequent theme in the bible, which given it's lack of efficacy seems to be rather telling, however my personal favorite is 1 Timothy 5:23.
