N.M. District Attorney bribed son's victims?

ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico — Bernalillo County's district attorney is suspected of violating state law and reimbursing burglary victims to protect her son, Albuquerque police said Sunday.
Brandenburg offered to pay for items Koch allegedly stole from them. The victims said the agreement was dependent on them not relaying Brandenburg's 26-year-old son, Justin Koch's involvement to authorities.

If you weren't paying enough attention to know the DA is a woman I seriously doubt you paid any attention to the investigation revealing they may now have enough probable cause to bring charges.

How many cases were "screwed up"? Uh... all involving her son. That is what the bribery was about after all. I wouldn't call bribery "screwing up" either.

In her press conference she said she's "hard on cops", but she hasn't prosecuted one in any of the 39 police shooting the past few years.
