The day a 7 year old boy finds out what it means for him to be an American. Sometimes I think if we could get the non-racist folks who make make racism possible, the biggest part of Americans who have that bias deeply intertwined in the thinking that makes up their actions and thoughts, to just compare their experience as a 7 year old to what other kids go through, they might adopt another outlook. But that would likely take the powers of the ghost of Christmas past, so another non-starter idea.

I know some folk see everyone as having equal opportunity, but they don't. Not really. Not when some start from raising up, wiping off those tears, and never being able to feel safe again.
