If they fail to indict, prosecute and secure a guilty verdict on this guy, they will have only themselves to blame for the inevitable fallout.

Interesting that in So Carolina, 4, I believe that is the number, cops have been indicted.

Ugh! Accidental shooting....sure. The lights were off in the public housing after they requested to be fixed months ago...then after the shooting they were fixed?

And it's horrifying how people who live in public housing are treated.

Those cops had no business being there either.

He was hit by a stray round from a negligent discharge.

The DA could try for manslaughter; maybe he gets it, maybe not.

If the cop stays on the job, he certainly needs a training refresher on the proper handling of firearms.
