Accused goat killer found competent to stand trial
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- An Alum Creek man found wearing lingerie as he stood next to the carcass of a goat would stand trial in June on animal cruelty charges.
Doctors at William R. Sharpe Jr. Hospital in Weston have declared Mark Thompson, 20, competent to stand trial. Kanawha County Circuit Judge James C. Stucky ordered a mental evaluation for Thompson last June. Read More...
