He killed Derek through the heart and killed him, then "held the gun to Sr's head and pulled the trigger." And he's pleading NOT FUCKING GUILTY? What's his argument, insanity because his dick was in a knot?

Your attorney needs to examine the evidence and consult with client and D A before you say guilty, no matter how obvious it seems to everybody else.

You'll never get your young second cousin back, but at least that putz won't get to do it to anyone else.

That's how I got through it when murder happened in my family.

I very much admire your advocacy for your family, and your commitment to avoid a hostile response to this sick rage-aholic. I can only hope I have your strength and courage if the need arises.

A dark cloud moved over your community when he arrived.

Your cousin communicates very well, despite the emotional circumstances. I believe that the jamming gun is the key event where it all finally caught up with Guzy. This is the time where he'll be held accountable for the death and devastation that he's left in his wake.

It'll be interesting to see what's in the sealed files, if they're ever revealed. There may be people who let him get away with murder and mayhem, and they don't want their involvement known.

I am impressed as to how a community has coalesced around your family.

I'm so relieved that monster was denied bail; I hope he will spend the rest of his life behind bars where he can't harm anyone again.

I am so sorry and so glad his bail was turned down. He is a very dangerous person and should never be out on the streets again.

Glad the court agreed.

He is a former member of the NYPD. I would like to see his record there. Hope it is made available during the trial.

Your cousin is clearly heart broken, my heart goes out to him!

If they forced him into retirement, I agree with your cousin, he may have murdered before and they knew he was going to be a huge liability. So they covered it up and let him go, which is tragic. If it turns out that he did kill other people, they should have charged him and put him away because they knew, assuming that is why he was forced out and his record sealed, he was a huge threat to society.

Fortunately he didn't harm any of the other people he was threatening, the kids in the neighborhood eg.

Too bad lives have to be sacrificed before these monsters are stopped.

Another reason why these cops who kill unarmed people need to prosecuted and kept away from society.
