Why isn't the DNC bring suit against these voter-id surpression laws????

The DNC always seems to be caught flatfooted and never prepared with backup candidates when unexspected opennings occur.

All hat and no cattle, and it's getting old.

The Democratic Leadership Council infiltrated and took over the Democratic National Committee. When that job was completed, they dissolved themselves, leaving the former Central/Left DNC as a Republican Lite.

That is the job of the state and local parties to find candidates for their area.

I would say the state parties do a better job of lining up candidates for state-wide positions. It is more difficult at the local level mainly I think because there are more positions. In our congressional district besides the congressional candidate 14 state representative spots needed to be filled, 1 state senate. Then there are local positions within the county with various county wide positions. This year is not as bad so there are only about 7 positions. 2 years from now there will be a slew of positions that need to be filled.
