If you're a top Wall Street executive who ruined the lives of thousands of people when the housing industry collapsed in the financial meltdown of 2008

If you're a CEO of a massive corporate polluter risking the lives of thousands of people when your company releases tons of carcinogens and removes mountaintops

You're probably nonetheless sleeping pretty well at night knowing there's only a slight chance a prosecutor will seek to indict you.
