Feda Morton, who ran for the Republican nomination for the Fifth District congressional seat in 2010, has been charged with election fraud, according to the Virginia State Police.

The incident reportedly happened in August 2011 and involves making a false statement on an election form. At that time, local candidates in Fluvanna County were trying to gain support for the November elections.

Morton, 59, of Scottsville, was arrested last month on the felony charge. The investigation was initiated in January at the request of a special prosecutor, the Greene County Commonwealth's Attorney and the Virginia State Police.

And the more voter fraud laws the Republicans pass, the more Republicans will get caught.

this isn't surprising. Republican votes appear out of nowhere in and near the Shenandoah Valley.
It serves as a nice buffer zone or votes in Richmond, NoVA, and Norfolk.
