And get to know the community there paroling.Another problem is that most of these white cops don't even live in the African American communities they work in.They get off duty and go back to there mostly white communities where most of there neighbors see them in a good light.

But when they confront people, police are too afraid when they are alone. They kill way to fast, always feel 'threatened', mainly because they are alone. Wilson shouldn't have even exited his car after whatever happened at the window. Once there is a 'struggle' or whatever happened he should have waited (in the car) for the backup he had called for.

If I hit anyone I'd be fired. Let's face some of us have jobs where people threaten to fuck you up. You just can't get angry and if you want to live long in that kind of career you must de escalate. What I do is refuse the power struggle. Don't make silly demands and lower my voice. The 1sy thing I say is I want to help you and start walking in the direction you want them to go I always carry gum or mints people in flight or fight get dry mouth. Once someone takes something you offer you got them. You got them listening and following. Always give a way out. If they day they want to fight I tell them I am an old white lady that smokes 3 packs s day if they give me s 20 second head start running away. I have no problem with my young fellas I respect them. I love them. They are such strong men on a hard road.
Not every menacing person is threatening most have another agenda.
