At this point in time Joe Biden has the best change of being the next Democratic president.

Anyone who thinks the DNC will be rebuilt and ready for the 2016 elections is a true optimist.

IMO, we will see RC Women Priest before the next Dem POTUS or Congress.

have the necessary 2/3 majority. At worst, it would be another Clinton 1998 scenario. That only damaged the Republicans.

And President Obama is not going to resign at this stage!

These kinds of folks once ranted on street corners, and everybody just ignored and pitied them. Now they have internet forums, where people feel like they have to engage delusional nonsense.

It's just a sad thing to see, but there is no reason to engage it.

This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.

ALERTER'S COMMENTS

The OP is referencing assassination of the president. He is saying dems can't win the presidency, Biden had the best chance to be next dem president. It is veiled and it is disturbing and it is trolling. Hide.

but you can't give the midterms that much credit. It is mostly senior citizens and disgruntled folks from the opposition party who vote in midterms. A lot of average folks are too busy working or don't understand the importance of things like midterms/primaries etc.

So many only vote for president and they vote based on random impressions they get. If they think neither party is doing anything for them they won't bother. So, dems have 2 years to convince the public that government can actually work for them and not only the 1%. That isn't as bad as it sounds. People have short attention spans. They can barely remember dinner last week ... so use the 2 years wisely is my advice.

A third party -- like the tea party types -- to come along and split the GOP vote.

Since we're relying on something like that, that's a bad sign. I think the OP may be correct at this point.
