(I think this pretty well speaks for itself)

Richard Land has never been afraid to speak his mind.
But when the president of the Southern Baptist Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission recently used his radio show to accuse African-American leaders of exploiting the Trayvon Martin shooting for political gain, Land wasnt using his own words.
Instead, most were lifted without attribution from a Washington Times article by conservative columnist Jeff Kuhner.
Land apologized Monday after facing allegations of plagiarism from a Baptist blogger.
I was sloppy, said Land. I apologize. And were going to move on.

(25,940 posts)are cut from the same racist cloth, apparently. Ethics shmethics! This so-called 'man of God' has not only broken at least two of the Ten Commandments (the ones about stealing and bearing false witness), but he's projecting the very thing - 'political gain' - onto African American leaders who are more concerned about civil rights and justice. I wish the SBC would get their tax-exempt status yanked forthwith.

(82,849 posts)Nice, neat, and all flushed away. Now, let's get after what's really important like those awful Negroes and their hoodies and their hippity hop "music" and how those people are all trying to make money off of a tragedy, practically stealing it from the pockets of decent honest real Americans. The mechanism of this theft isn't exactly clear, but Mr. Land has no doubt at all of its reality.
