The Oatmeal: Dear Senator Cruz . . .

Matthew Inman takes on Ted Cruz, telecom companies and their internet fan club. Even if you are familiar with and have been following the issue it's a must read.

This morning you Tweeted the following:

"Net neutrality is Obamacare for the internet; the internet should not operate at the speed of government."

The whole smackdown is available at the link:

If I could.

If DU was Comcast, I could buy them.

But that wouldn't be fair.

Of course, for El Cruz-Eh to correlate net speed with gov't. (repuke) speed is ridiculous. Bureaucracies aren't the same as bytes. (geeez, I'm not a tech-head, and I can still grok that.)

I think that this very good explanation which should be forwarded to the McCarthyism wanna be so that if his server if it is by Comcast for more greed and it crashes, then he will get the picture----maybe---big maybe, but I will not hold my breath

is too criminally stupid to understand this so I'll simplify it in terms he MIGHT be able to understand - hey idiot, without net neutrality Comcast could charge people more to go to YOUR website!

But he is paid quite well to be the dick he has become. It takes years and years of whorish behavior to reach his status and I am quite sure he will continue his journey, serving as an example to others in the Congress, state legislatures and even local school boards just how well being a whore pays off .... which is why we are screwed, until publicly financed campaigns are put into place.

As always, FtM (Follow the Money). It is that simple, be it politics, business or religion.

Gee, Senator Cruz tries to make it sound like net neutrality is a bad thing.

In his world, if you tried to search for information on Obamacare, you'd be directed to the text of Green Eggs and Ham.

Of course, it is axiomatic that if Ted Cruz is against it, it is a good thing.
