A chance for bipartisanship

I have to say, probably my biggest concern for the next year or so, until the presidential election "season" really gets going full force, is that Obama will finally see an opportunity for the bipartisanship he's been looking for over the last 6 years. With the congress firmly in GOP hands, he can basically negotiate with the GOP without extensive concern for the democrats. If he brings a few of the most conservative democrats along with him, he can make a claim for bipartisanship, move legislation that he will actually sign, and create some sense of accomplishment in the last year or so before the lame duck situation sets in for good.

I'm afraid of:

Chained CPI
TPP
Keystone Pipeline
Increase military funding without changes to the "sequester" levels in social programs
An easing of Dodd Frank
Reduced regulation of the health CARE industry.
Resolution of Gitmo (or lack thereof)
Lowered taxes on household incomes between the top 20% and 10%
No movement on college debt
No movement on minimum wage
Expansion of the Patriot Act
"Semi" privatization of Social Security
Escalation in Syria/Iraq
