3. I had one call twice now

that asked a question in the same format. When I answered 5 the recording said that it was an ineligible response and asked the same question. When I again responded 5 the connection was severed. Guess they only wanted low responses to the question of how well the President was performing. Sorry I can't remember the exact wording of their query.
