1. I read Huff when it's linked to...

that is pretty much the only time. They stopped being a news source about 5 years ago or so and sunk into infotainment. I despise infotainment news. I really don't need to know what celebrity is marrying what celebrity and I don't need to know what's going on in the sports world and I don't need to know what the latest fashion trends are. Maybe someday we will have news again, but I doubt it.

2. Huffpost is all about click bait.

If it's not about some starlet's "sideboob" picture, it's some overdramatized, world-is-ending headline that does not match the article.

Gave it up years ago, although I hear it still has long loading times.

5. That's one of my main issues with that site.

Takes forever to load, freezes all the time. I can find the same type of news on other sites, so that's what I do.

6. Arianna stiffed her contributors when she sold out.

That's ultimately what turned me off - it was alway a Daily Mail type tabloid, but at least it was bearable. But knowing what she did to those who were loyal to her just ended any respect I still had.

7. I block certain sorts of advertising and scripts.

Animated ads especially irritate me, along with a couple of advertising sites that dish out nothing but salacious gossip and trash.

My personal erotic interests do not include anything Kardashian, "Big Booties," twerking, or oriental women looking for mates. I'm not sure who Katy Perry is. Thus far erectile dysfunction and diabetes are not on my list of health problems. Quite a few parts of me are not functioning properly, or don't look as pretty as they once did, but my genitals are still in good working order.

Huffington Post hates the way my browsers are set up and the site often fails to load or hangs.

The easiest thing for me to do is block the entire site in case I somehow accidentally click on a link to them. The "you've blocked this site" message never hangs.

I'm pretty sure I'm not missing anything.

Good new sources try to report the numbers accurately, not to provide cheer or whip up the troops.

And right now, most of the experts are saying that the Republicans taking the senate is likely.

with well over 10,000 posts and some sort of awards they used to offer. Up until the day Arianna sold HuffPo for 215 million to AOL and gave her faithful contributers nothing.

I quit, and haven't been back since. Fuck HuffPo.

At least until the election is over. What the hell is the point. If I want headlines like that all I have to do is go to CNN. Huff post should be different. At least don't put a big fat elephant celebrating his victory on the cover.

FUCK! I hate the news right now. We need to vote tomorrow and GET OUT THE VOTE tomorrow. Hold the line as much as we can.
