It was a bi-partisan rejection of the socialistic, wealth re-distribution Buffett Rule ... One Democrat voted against the question!

What difference will this really make?

I'm glad my people voted as I wanted them to vote...

But I'm lacking details on the impact here.

of 'Closure' (to stop a blocking filibuster) and only got 51 yeas.

No one thought it was pass. It's really political theater.

Nelson is retiring so no matter (but Thank You!).

Manchin cast the right vote even though that will add to the tally of how many times he "voted with Obama" in the Senate, and will surely be used against him in attack ads in a state where Obama is disliked. That takes courage.
