Here's a scenario for you: You're going to vote, and you're going to vote for the Democrats on your ballot. Now, take three other people to the polls with you who will do the same. You've instantly tripled your vote. Tripled!
Just three voters. My wife doubled her vote the other day. Her Mom lives in an assisted living apartment, and she was saying that she probably wouldn't vote, since she moved recently and would have to register. So, my wife drove her up to City hall, got her registration changed and she cast her absentee ballot on the spot. She's a loyal Democrat.
GOTV is easy. Just find a couple of people to take to the polls. Or five. Or ten.

In 2013, the state legislature removed all requirements for stating a reason for voting absentee. Next step will be to make it even easier by mailing absentee ballots to all registered voters automatically.
That will have to wait until after this election, though. Right now, GOTV is the activism that needs to be done.
