Compensation package

Isn't health insurance on the job part of a "compensation package", part of what you get for renting yourself to your employer by the hour (or otherwise)? and as part of your compensation, isn't it yours, just like your paycheck is?

Going with the repugnant argument that your health insurance should and must reflect your bosses "values" shouldn't that also be true for the rest of your compensation? Shouldn't the boss be able to demand your receipts to see just how you are spending the money he so generously "gave" you to make sure that you spent it in accordance with his values?
