he just explained this phenomenon on his radio show. One of his themes is the differences between men and women and he is continually pulling examples out of various orifices, and this was just the latest.

2. He may be right. Men may laugh more because they have more privilege

than women. Their wages aren't as low for one thing and that's something that would make me, a woman, smile more if I got the same wages a man did. Also, no one is legislating that probes be stuck up their bodies in order to get Viagra, or saying their employers can decide whether they can purchase condoms or not.
