CISPA bill in House will destroy email privacy

I just sent this to my Congresswoman:

Please oppose CISPA to protect whistle-blowers.
[p]
H.R. 3523, the 'Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act,'

will prevent anonymous whistle-blowing if passed.
[p]
The bill lets email-companies release emails related to 'theft or

misappropriation of private or government information.'
[p]
After a journalist writes an article about corporate wrongdoing,

the corporation will be able to tell the email-company that the

information in the article may have been stolen, and get the emails

sent to the journalist. The identity of the whistle-blower will be

revealed.
[p]
Government agencies will also be able to use CISPA to identify

whistle-blowers by getting emails to journalists.
[p]
Please oppose CISPA.

Feel free to use some of my words in contacting your Rep.
