Quote Of The Day - Jim ("Free" Republic) Robinson

Quote Of The Day - Jim Robinson

"You’re a tool. And a coward. A surrender monkey. Willingly voting for a known abortionist/socialist constitution trampling liar. Going down on your knees for the evil bastards for political expedience. If I were you with your cowardly attitude I wouldn’t wait to be banned. I’d flee this pro-life conservative site as fast as my weak knees could carry me. But that too would take guts and obviously you don’t have any. So long, RINO." - Free Republic founder Jim Robinson, in a message to one of his longtime site members who expressed opposition to Robinson's edict against voting for Mitt Romney. Robinson is issuing bizarre commands for a "Tea Party revolution" against the RNC. Any Freeper who doesn't fall in line is now being banned from the site.

But this rabid hatred of him to the point of not voting for him, whereas they did for John McCain has me a bit confused.

But far be it from me to tell them how to run their site. If they want to abstain from the presidential election, it's certainly not my job to interfere.

Over two weeks after the start of the "Freepathon" he's only reached 17% of his goal. Golly gee, wonder why?

The target is $94,000. Does it really cost that much to run a site that hasn't updated it's software since 1997?

If RimJob keeps it up, we won't have Free Republic to kick around anymore!

I mean, the actual percentage of the GOP.

I know we like to think the entire GOP posts at FR, and many times it does look like today's GOP is composed of nothing BUT Freepers.
But I wonder how many actual Freepers there are that are active GOP voters.

My guess is the percentage is pretty low.

The guy is a pathetic, ignorant, low brow boozer. He's been sucking the public tit
all his life. First as a low rank communications specialist in the Navy and then on
VA disability benefits.

He was absolutely silent when his favorite crush Ann Coulter went for Romney.

FR is just a cash cow for a bitter old creep and his immediate family.

Once threads with 500-1000+ posts were very common at FR. 10,000+ was not unusual. Now most threads have less than 40-50. Many with only 10-20 responses. Freepathons are perpetual.

They don't want medical research, health care for children or anyone who isn't rich. They want people to die from starvation, malnutrition, and exposure when they're homeless. They want medical procedures that would save women's lives to be banned, and they want drug companies to charge exorbitant prices for life-saving drugs. They want to kill those they disagree with and think that carpeting bombing and nuking countries is a-okay.

Repukes are the scum of the earth.
