This seems to be what went down in the case of the famed “Louisiana Threesome,” which has led the 17-year-old male participant to feel quite sorry about his post-coital decision-making. In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, the boy’s grandfather said that the student “is really down about it right now” and “feels really bad” after his partners were arrested and lost their jobs.

There's also a video at the link. It pretty much takes the line that the kid was a proud stud, not a rape victim. I know many here will disagree, but it kind of gibes with how I felt as a teenager. I suspect many guys feel the same way.

1. They were teachers

even if the students were between 18-90 years old, it's still very very wrong. In college you aren't allowed so much as a bowling session with a professor. It should be the same at all grade levels no social contact with teachers.

Children over a certain age and under an other age still need protection. I am not sure the victimizers of teenagers are the same animal that molests children who are clearly pre-pubescent. I also think it's a disorder, I don't know what the reoffending rate is after treatment that should be considered though when deciding what to do with the offenders. They definitely need to be on a sex offender list if convicted though. Where jail is always appropriate for sex with very young children I don't know after the age of 15 or so, it's still so very wrong IMO, but I no longer have my hair on fire over the issue.

Teachers though, I still have a huge problem with that.

No doubt I would have had similar reactions as those described. But yes, it's rape if the law calls it rape. Even if the kid doesn't see it as such, it's rape.
